Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Strong Kids app (hereinafter — “the Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree — do not install or delete the app.
2. Service description
Strong Kids is a children's physical activity platform that includes:
- A mobile app for kids (iOS, Android)
- A parent zone with app-limiting features
- An administration platform for school staff
- An automatic motion recognition system (pose detection)
3. Account creation
- An account can only be created by someone 18 years of age or older (parent / guardian)
- You must provide an accurate and current email address
- You are responsible for account security and all activity on the account
- A child's account can only be created by a parent / guardian through their own account
- One parent account can have multiple child profiles
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws while using the Service
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Re-distribute, sell, or rent the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the code
- Use the Service with automated tools or bots
- Post indecent or unlawful comments
5. Camera and motion recognition
- The Service uses the phone camera for exercise motion recognition
- Video data has NEVER been, IS NOT and WILL NEVER be stored or sent to a server
- You can revoke camera permission at any time through your phone settings
- This will disable motion recognition, but the app will continue to work in other areas
6. Premium / Subscription
6.1 Free features
Core exercises, point counting, and personal statistics are free.
6.2 School project
Participants in the school project receive premium access free for 12 months from the registration date.
6.3 B2C subscription
Individual users can purchase premium access through:
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Google Play (Android)
Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat. Prices will be announced before premium features are activated.
6.4 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel through the App Store / Play Store settings.
6.5 Refunds
Under Apple and Google policies — please contact them directly.
7. Intellectual property
- All rights to the Service (source code, design, logo, content) belong to Strong Kids
- Content you create (child profiles, exercise results) belongs to you
- You grant Strong Kids a license to use that data solely to provide the Service
8. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties
- Strong Kids is not responsible for:
- Possible technical issues with your phone
- Misuse of camera permissions by third-party apps
- Incorrect exercise execution and its consequences — parents must supervise children's exercise
- Internet connection interruptions
- Before starting workouts with a child, consult your child's doctor if there are health concerns
9. Medical disclaimer
- Strong Kids IS NOT a medical device
- Automatic “diagnoses” are advisory only, NOT a medical assessment
- Corrective exercises DO NOT replace a physiotherapist or doctor
- For serious physical issues — see a specialist
10. Account termination
- You can delete your account at any time through settings or by emailing info@strongkids.lt
- Strong Kids may terminate your account for violations of these terms
- After account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days
11. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved in Vilnius courts.
